At RentMySub, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
No Refund on Delivered Services
Once the OTT subscription access has been successfully delivered to the customer, no refund will be processed. This includes:
Successfully received login credentials
Access granted via shared or personal account
Activation of your chosen rental plan (1, 2, or 7 days)
Eligible Situations For Refund
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
Payment completed but no access received within 3 hours of placing the order (during working hours).
Duplicate payment for the same plan.
Technical error on our end that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect platform or plan selection
User inability to use the account due to personal device or app issues
Violations of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing access)
Exchanges or Extensions
In the case of minor issues or access problems:
We may extend the rental duration, or
Replace the account with working access
This will be our first course of action before considering a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact us within 24 hours of your order with the following:
Payment receipt / transaction ID
WhatsApp number used during the order
Description of the issue
Email: support@rentmysub.com
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
